SEITAI exercises recover sensitivity of the body

SEITAI exercises have different purpose from general exercises.

There are 2 kind of  SEITAI exercises. KATSUGEN UNDO ( spontanious movement to develop extrapyramidal system) and specific SEITAI exercises (movement that is focused on pin point of each blockage).

First I will explain specific SEITAI exercises. Because, in HIROE SEITAI session, therapist will advice to do this exercise, it is for your case, not for general.
During the treatment by hands, body start to show where flow is blocked. That part is insensitive, usually.
So you may not notice that it is the cause of your conscious symptom.
Therapist points out where blockage is, and shows you proper exercise to take it away.

As you continue to do your exercise, you start to feel your body.
Whenever you say to me, " Yes, yes, I can feel..." while you try to do exercise, I feel very happy.
Some clients don't feel in the beginning, I see on his face, "...?...". Then I tell him, " Try for some time."
Even very rigid, insensitive body will be changed surely.
After one blockage is taken away, other parts of the body also start to change.
And your feeling of whole body will become better.
Moreover as you will notice subtle distortion or unbalance, you will be able to adjust it by yourself.
